Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our company owned lawns and gardens. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in landscape maintenance, tree trimming, and general Lawn Care techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing

- Trim and shape trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance

- Plant flowers, shrubs, and other plants to enhance the overall landscape

- Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed to control weeds and pests

- Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and watering

- Operate a variety of hand tools and power equipment to complete tasks

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Experience:

- Proven experience in Lawn Care and landscape maintenance

- Knowledge of various hand tools and power equipment used in Lawn Care

- Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and practices

- Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
