HR Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of the recruiting process; attracting candidates to apply, conducting thorough phone screens, setting up virtual and in-person interviews, and making travel arrangements if necessary.
- Works proactively to maintain good rapport with candidates through the entire recruiting process.
- Assists in interviews as requested and provides feedback to the hiring manager.
- Performs pre-employment eligibility, verifies education, schedules pre-employment drug screens, and runs background checks.
- Responds to candidates in a timely manner regarding the disposition of their application/resume
- Builds collaborative relationships internally and externally to continuously evolve the talent acquisition strategy.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment forms.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating new employee orientation sessions.
- Ensure new hires receive necessary training materials and resources.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions for employees.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and schedules.
- Track employee training and development progress.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and policy development.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
HR Recruiting Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management is preferred
- Two years’ work experience in Human Resources in recruiting.
- PHR Certification is a plus.
- Ability to work remote, stable internet connection, private area to work, up-to-date computer.
- Some occasional travel required for events such as job fairs or to visit an office during a hiring or training process. Gas, food, and other travel expenses will be covered by the company but a personal vehicle will need to be used during travel.

- Effective planning, coordination, time management, and organization skills.
- Advanced PC proficiency and operation skills, including intermediate knowledge/ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and efficient internet use.

Salary Expectations: $40,000 - $60,000
