The Lawn Care Crew Member will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. This is a full-time, year-round career opportunity that transitions into snow removal tasks in the winter. Evergreen is looking for someone that fits our culture, is aligned with our values, and has the ability to work under the direction of the Crew Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Mow Grass, Edge, Weed Whip, Blow Trimmings, and other Lawn Care duties performed with a high attention to detail.

• Positive Attitude.

• Willingness to Learn.

• Being on time, all the time, dressed appropriately and ready for work.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• No experience required- we will train the right candidate.

• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.

• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for long periods of time.

• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for extended periods of time.

• Able to operate and use various types of lawn mowers, weed whips, edgers, and blowers.

• Perform work with professional detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16-$20 per hour based on experience

• Snow Rate Bonus Program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
