Landscape Foreman Duties:
- Perform installation and renovation work; setting grades, installing plants, trees, patios, retaining walls and drainage systems
- Oversee, train, and manage a crew of one to three people
- Communicate effectively with the client, management, and co-workers
- Read site-plans
- Drive company truck and trailer to transport crew and equipment
- Ability to read/write in English
Landscape Foreman Qualifications
- 2+ years in the landscaping industry
- Previous experience operating landscape equipment and tools
- Extensive plant knowledge
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must obtain a DOT medical card (employer provided)
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver License (CDL) is highly desired but not essential (employer provided)
- Previous experience managing, motivating, and instructing Crew Members is desired
- Post-graduate study in horticulture is ideal
Pay: $23.00-$28.00/hour, commensurate with experience
Landscape Crew Member Job Duties:
- Plays an active role with spring/fall cleanups
- Support the installation teams with landscape installs
- Follow the direction of the Landscape Crew Leader
Landscape Crew Member Qualifications
- Willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed to complete projects
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively over the course of the day
- Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions and temperatures
- Plant knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience doing landscape work is not required, but is desirable
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Growing season hours: Monday-Friday 7:15 am – 5:30 pm; occasional Saturdays and overtime as required
