We are looking for a Crew Member to join our team! The Crew Member position requires a high level of energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Expirience is not needed but starting pay will be based on how well you know the industry. This individual will be responsible for working as part of a team and being able to help with various responsibilities including cutting, edging, and blowing off lawns, trimming hedges, spreading mulch, and preforming fall and spring cleanups. Later on in your career with us you will be taught how to drive a truck and trailer, pick up and drop off materials, and run your own crew out in the feild. The successful candidate will be able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude while on the job. We are looking for two individuals who are looking to grow as a person with the company. There is plenty of opportunity in this company to move up and become higher level manager or crew team lead. We want to be able to teach you the skills to level up in our company and be able to take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
