Your role here

The Assistant Account Manager assists with administrative functions for the entire Sales team. You will support Account Managers and assist in coordinating all sales-related activities. This position acts as a point of contact between the Sales team and vendors/customers with the goal of developing into an outside sales role.

Essential Functions

• Assists Sales Team with CRM program maintenance
• Direct point person for VP of Sales in assisting with quotes, opportunities, etc
• Responsible for drafting Supply Agreements
• Back up to Quoting and Sourcing departments
• Assist in Quarterly Sales Meeting preparations

Pay: From $24.04 per hour
