Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail. As a Crew Member you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns through a variety of tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, pulling weeds, and cleaning up.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure lawns are kept neat and manicured.
• Operate and maintain Lawn Care equipment in good working condition, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and spreaders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their Lawn Care needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and client interactions.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices and trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Lawn Care or landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of common Lawn Care practices, including mowing, bush trimming, weed control, and mulch/rock installs.
• Ability to operate and maintain Lawn Care equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
