Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping and maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assist with tree care including pruning, planting, and removal
- Dig holes for planting or irrigation purposes.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Additional services include:

-Assist with stump grinding services

-Leaf clean up

-New landscape installs

-Snow Removal positions available for shoveling, plow drivers, equipment operators

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

-Valid drivers license

-Ability to work independently if needed

Granger, Iowa

Working in the Des Moines metro

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
