California based plaintiff's side Employment Law Firm is seeking a Referral Coordinator for immediate hire. This position is responsible for coordination with and management of all referral partners. Candidate will handle a large volume of referrals and be responsible for a large volume of follow ups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A successful candidate will be able to work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and not take constructive criticism personally. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's success while working with a talented team of attorneys. This position is full time, onsite position at the firm’s Los Angeles, CA office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the referring of cases to other Law Firms.
- Following up with referring attorneys on case status.
- Understanding the urgency of time frames and working diligently.
- Understanding of the litigation flow for proper monitoring of cases.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with referral partners.
- Responsible for the documentation and implementation relating to all outgoing and incoming referrals.
- Tracking referral and lead sources, and follow payment schedules
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related degree from an accredited university, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Must have experience working in a customer-centric environment.
- Must have a personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Must have a basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping and filing.
