Law Firm Receptionist (Spanish Bilingual)

JUSTICE FOR WORKERS, P.C. is a growing Plaintiff-side Law Firm. We specialize in employment law and workers' compensation. We are seeking a Spanish-bilingual receptionist. This is an in-person position at our main office located on Wilshire Blvd. in Koreatown. Law firm experience is strongly preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $21-$25/hr DOE + discretionary bonus.

What we need from you:

• Fluent Spanish speaker;
• 1+ year of Law Firm experience OR recent (<2 years) college grad with a GPA of 3.5+;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe;
• Strong grammar and communication skills;
• Must be dedicated and punctual; and
• Reliable transportation (parking will be provided);

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and answering visitors' inquiries;
• Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system;
• Performing initial client intakes;
• Contacting and following up with prospective clients;
• Updating the firm's CRM platform;
• Sending Attorney-Client agreements;
• Acting as a liaison between Spanish-speaking clients and attorneys;
• Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents;
• Collecting and routing mail;
• Maintaining the conference rooms, waiting area, lobby or other public areas;
• Managing office inventory;
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
