Southfield Law Firm: We are seeking a full-time, sharp, detail-oriented, assistant to work the Front Desk of high-profile Law Firm Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a friendly, yet professional attitude.
Excellent telephone skills and prior Law Firm reception experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience with Adobe Acrobat is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities of the position include communicating with clients in person and on the phone, answering phones for multiple firms, light document scanning and saving projects as needed, serving refreshments to clients, and any other task that is asked, generally helping our office to run smoothly.
