Law Firm Intake Screener - Back Up Receptionist

Fieger Law is hiring!!

We are looking for an Intake Screener / Receptionist Back Up for join our busy Oakland County Personal Injury Law Firm.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

-Contacting potential clients to obtain information

-Documenting facts in custom database system

-Working as part of a team to determine cases to be assigned and referred

-Back Up Reception Desk Lunch Coverage and Rotating Saturday Coverage from 9 AM to 1 PM - Answering a multi-line phone system and directing each call to the appropriate party

Potential candidates must have the ability to multi-task and must work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate would also possess mid to high level computer skills, typing skills, superior communication skills, excellent customer service and be highly organized and detail oriented. Must have previous call center experience.
