Job description

Colorado Legal Group is seeking an experienced, results-oriented individual, with a strong demonstrated capacity for leadership and operational excellence and a great sense of humor, to join our cutting-edge divorce and family and criminal Law Firm. This unique position is a blend of tactical and strategic activities. Our Firm Administrator will be an active member of the CLG Executive Team. This teams works to create a best-in-class work environment for our employees where we provide our clients with extraordinary representation. Strategic efforts in the position include providing leadership of the support team, participation in firm planning activities, maintaining a professional, positive work environment and developing processes for continuous improvement. Currently, this is approximately 30% of the position but anticipate this to increase over time.

The tactical activities of this position include:

  • Processing firm billing twice per month
  • Processing attorney and support team payroll
  • Accounts Payable processes
  • Client account maintenance
  • Client relations activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience ()
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Billing experience in Clio (or other case management software system)
  • Experience working in an environment where metrics and continuous improvement is a way of life
