### Job Title: Linen Service Coordinator

#### Overview:

Hyatus Stays, a leading name in the short-term rental management industry, is currently seeking a dedicated Linen Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties offer the highest level of hospitality and comfort by managing our linen service with precision and care. This position involves weekly visits to our properties to collect, launder, fold, and return linens, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.

#### Responsibilities:

- Visit the assigned property once a week to collect all used linens, including bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, and any other fabric-based items requiring laundering.

- Transport all collected linens to a designated laundry facility, ensuring careful handling to maintain quality and hygiene.

- Wash, dry, and fold all linens according to Hyatus Stays' standards and procedures, ensuring all items are clean, fresh, and presentable for our guests.

- Return all laundered items to their respective properties, placing them in their designated areas, ready for use by the next guests.

- Note any items that are damaged or missing and reporting these to the management team for prompt replacement.

- Adhere to all hygiene and safety guidelines, both in handling linens and within the properties, to ensure a safe environment for yourself and our guests.

#### Requirements:

- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Physical ability to lift and carry linens and laundry supplies.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and guests.
