Lateral Civil Litigation Partner – 7+ Years

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has immediate openings for Lateral Civil Litigation Partners with a minimum of at least seven (7) years of experience. GRSM is specifically seeking attorneys located in or around the cities of Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and Wenatchee, Washington to serve its client in these growing markets.

An active license in Washington State is required. No minimum or portable book of business is required for this position. GRSM offers flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

GRSM is seeking a Lateral Partner with experience handling Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense to support its Inland Northwest clientele. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven writing, analysis, and research skills, and be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must have litigation experience, including drafting and responding to discovery, drafting motions and motion practice, court appearances, taking and defending depositions, and mediation practice. This position requires significant client oversight and responsibility, so a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

GRSM offers flexible options for successful candidates, including remote, hybrid, and part-time and full-time opportunities. The yearly salary range is between $135,000 –$200,000, including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses.
