Last Mile - Office Operations Associate

Position Overview:

Responsibility for a diverse range of administrative and oversight tasks to provide support to the overall operation. Takes a leadership role in monitoring and guiding warehouse floor employees in their daily job functions. Demonstrates and embodies our guiding principles and core values through actions and behavior.

Key Accountabilities Include:

- Provide support and coordination to management team.

- Maintains various records and generates reports as needed.

- Communicates effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including customers and Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), through email, text messages, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.

- Takes a leadership role in supervising clerks, sorters, and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Undertakes projects as directed by supervisors and management staff.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- PC Literate: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and data entry skills.

- Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional with customers, carriers, and colleagues.

- Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.

- Ability to support lead projects and to balance team and individual responsibilities.

- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines.

- Proficiently reads, writes, and communicates in English.

- Responsible for developing dispatch plans and routes to optimize the delivery of goods.

1. Overseeing and executing tasks to effectively manage the activities related to imported freight, route design, warehouse sorting coordinate, and drivers' delivery processes.

2. Effectively follows up on the transportation process of goods, ensuring smooth coordination, and takes responsibility for tallying and processing undelivered goods.

8. Consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards, following established policies, procedures, and performance management processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
