We are seeking a talented and experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team at our salon in . As an Eyelash Specialist, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients, helping them achieve their desired look and enhancing their natural beauty. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working with clients, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Perform eyelash extension services including application, maintenance, and removal

- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations based on their eye shape, facial features, and personal style

- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sterilization and sanitation procedures

- Maintain knowledge of current trends and techniques in eyelash extensions

- Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure the longevity of their eyelash extensions

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

Experience:

- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist role is required

- Proficiency in eyelash extension techniques such as classic, volume, and hybrid

- Knowledge of different types of lashes, adhesives, and tools used in eyelash extensions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to create customized looks based on client preferences

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients

- Experience in other beauty-related fields such as tattooing, barbering, retail sales, social media management, customer service, nail care, or hospitality is a plus

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
