Lash Artist

MollyPosh Skin + Lash lounge is a busy aesthetic studio located right in the heart of Downtown Saint Petersburg. We are looking to add a licensed aesthetician who specializes in eyelash extensions to our team. Our current artist is moving, and we have a good amount of clients to start you off with. You can create your own schedule and work as often as you'd like. We are a small studio with 3 girls currently working. The environment is laid back and easygoing. Details- 60%commission for all services offered+ any tips received services for this position Lash extensions (hybrid, classic, and full volume) lash lifting and tinting brow tinting and waxing any other services you'd like to offer are a bonus.

We require you to bring your own supplies but we do have a bed and light, and room equipped for all services

You can create your schedule and work as little or as often as you'd like!

Qualities we are looking for in a MollyPosh Lash Artist:

1. Goal oriented - self set schedule but must accrue 30 hours or more a week (hours adjustable upon requested vacation time approved) 2. Self starter - someone who can create and manage their own schedules and relationships with clients 3. Outgoing - creating positive relationships with clients is our number one goal 4. Self booking clients - you will have access to our MollyPosh booking system. You will be responsible for booking clients in house however, we do have a “receptionist” who operates out of their home that handles booking outside of the office 5. Clean and licensed professional - you will be responsible for keeping your space clean and up to code with the health department and spa regulations 6. Positive attitude - this is a positive space for all individuals to grow and work as a team. We boost each other up and upsell everyone’s services in order to create a healthy work environment 7. Responsible - you will be responsible for making sure the spa is locked up if you are the last to leave, and that all common areas used are clean after all clients have left for the day 8. Self insured - it is always a great idea to have your own insurance (if you need help finding someone I can send you a couple of ideas) 9. Passionate - we want someone who LOVES what they do and are passionate 10. Ambitious - we do offer a lot of services at MollyPosh and there is always room for growth in your future. We love to see everyone preform well and grow in the areas they want to pursue.

Training for other services is definitely an option under a contract agreement. We would like to view your work by doing a live model if possible.
