Laser Tech/Front Office Job description

Hollywood Med Spa is a Luxury Medical Spa and Hormone Replacement Center specializing in Aesthetics and Bio-identical Hormone Therapy. We are looking for someone with a passion for this industry to be part of our growing team.

This position would require a self-motivated, enthusiastic and friendly individual who has the ability to provide exceptional customer service from the client's initial phone call through the entire patient experience. This ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal, computer and written skills and must display a professional, positive and friendly attitude. They also must be able to execute job requirements with accuracy and precision while multitasking in a very busy environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to, Receptionist, Admin Assistant to Manager, patient scheduling, sales, ordering and customer service. Requirements

• MUST be STRONG in SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE and MUST be a licensed Laser tech - preferably 2+ years of expierence
• Medical office experience/or a passion to learn and grow in this industry
• Previous Front Office experience and/or sales experience required
• Friendly, personable, reliable, punctual, customer-orientated attitude must always be on display.
• Excellent telephone, personal communication, and computer skills a must.
• Multitasking while maintaining focus on task and details are a key element in this fast paced environment.
• Current laser license and certificates required for AZ
• Full understanding of Fitzpatrick for all skin types
• Open minded to further education and expansion of skill set
• Good sense of symmetry, balance relating to aesthetics
• Previous Med Spa experience not required but preferred such as Dermatology or Plastic Surgeon Office
• Excellent communication skills, highest level of customer service, compliant with standards of care, both written and sanitation, according to AZ law
• Ability to focus on detail. Medical charting completion is extremely important
• Possess the ability to achieve optimal results for patients while providing the very best customer service
