Laser-Plasma CNC Operator

Volt is immediately hiring for Laser-Plasma CNC Operator in Fresno CA
As a Laser-Plasma CNC Operator you will:

• Operate the laser and/or plasma as well as oxy equipment;
• Select and set up nozzles and/or cutting tips based on material type and thickness, load programs, set machine parameters and proper fixtures to ensure optimal performance of the equipment;
• Monitor process gases and report reordering levels.;
• Operate overhead crane with chains, hooks, straps, or other lifting devices in a safe manner
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required;
• Perform all dimensional inspections
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.

This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience with plasma, laser and oxy machines
• Experience in manufacturing
• Experience in setting up CNC machines
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting

Pay Rate: $18 and up depending on experience
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
