LAS VEGAS OR NEVADA LMSW & LCSW Needed-Remote Positions

Join our team as a licensed therapist providing intensive clinical therapeutic services to adolescents and adults through our secure and HIPAA-compliant tele-health therapy platform. The ideal candidate will address the specific mental health needs of identified clients, adapting to the dynamic nature of treatment. Therapeutic modalities include asynchronous text, phone, and live video sessions on our protected platform, offering intensive, time-limited, goal-specific interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

LMSW OR LCSW License (REQUIRED)

Maintain confidentiality of client treatment records

Diagnose and treat mental health disorders

Provide counseling via phone or video

Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnosis, clinical experience/knowledge, and clients' presenting problems

Be available to respond to clients as needed during working days

Support individuals in making healthy lifestyle choices and achieving their goals for a happier life

Gather information about community mental health needs and resources for use in conjunction with therapy

Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher from an accredited university

Clinical state license enabling independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LMSW)

At this time we are not accepting therapists that still need to complete clinical hours

Experience in diagnostic assessments and therapy services for individuals from adolescence to adulthood

Minimum of 1 year of experience in independent private counseling

Access to a stable internet connection and comfort with various devices

Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsible for client notes and documentation

Valid malpractice insurance

Obtain fingerprint clearance card
