Landscape/Hardscape Construction Foreman

Description

You will work closely with the owner and office manager as a Landscape/Hardscape Construction Foreman overseeing a 2-3 man crew. In this role, you will supervise, and assist with the installation of landscape and hardscape projects throughout your service area, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring quality and safety. Ensure that the job site is clean and orderly, as well as that your truck and trailer are stocked. Make sure that records are accurate and that project documentation is completed in an organized and timely manner. Candidate should demonstrate leadership, organization, good communication skills, and teamwork.

• Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written.)
• Bilingual a plus
• TX driver’s license in good standing and be able to pull a truck and trailer with equipment.

Experience

• Landscape/construction is a huge plus. Training is available

License/Certification:

• TX Driver's License (Required)
• Landscape industry certifications are a huge plus
