Responsibility:
- Identify and understand client needs to provide effective solutions
- Stay updated on landscape trends, features, and techniques
- Sell profitable design/build proposals to meet or exceed sales goals
- Expand client base through exceptional relationship management
- Perform site inventories and manage billing and maintenance handoff
- Ensure consistent delivery of buildable projects with complete and accurate information
Core Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with showing critical thinking and intuitive problem-solving
- Knowledge of horticulture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with QuickBooks Accounting and LMN/Landscaping software
- Excellent knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment used in landscape design
- Strong mathematical skills
- High attention to detail in technical specifications with the drive to show innovation and improve efficiency under tight deadlines
- Effective time management skills
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent in educational experience
- Three or more years of landscape industry sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license
- Base pay + Commissions
