The Landscape and Hardscape Crew Member works to assist the team leader in fulfillment of the company’s core values of continual improvement, seeing the big picture, mutual respect, and a commitment to providing a positive experience for our customers. Our goal is to install projects to the highest standards in the industry. Every member of the team is an asset to the success of each project.
In addition to being proficient on a team, the Crew Member is aware of goals and will assist in building patios and walls, installing and learning to identify plants, and developing a knowledge and understanding of the installation process while learning new skills, in preparation to advance to a Crew Leader.

Responsibilities of the Landscape and Hardscape Crew Member:

• Assist with the installation of patios, retaining and seat walls, outdoor lighting, and plant material.
• Assist in accomplishing the goals and expectations of the team.
• Respect and uphold the company’s safety policies and procedures.
• Focus on productivity and performance to uphold the hours and specifications of a task.
• Able to learn efficient systems of production with the team.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 yr of landscape installation experience is preferred but not required.
• Cooperate and work efficiently on a team.
• Ability to work hard and lift paving stone and block.
• A Pa. driver's license to operate company vehicles.
• Willingness to learn the safe operation of a sod cutter, rototiller, and other small machines.
