DRC Landscape Inc is a locally owned landscape company that focuses on Grounds and campus settings. We are looking for a few experienced landscape crew members to join our company.
Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 DOE + overtime opportunities.

Tasks you will be performing as a crew member:
- Early Morning Start! Start early get off early
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: lawncare, bed care (raking, weeding, etc), pruning/plant care.
- Operate basic landscape maintenance tools and equipment, such as walk behind and stand on lawn mowers (21”, 36”,48”), backpack blowers, hand pruners, Line trimmers etc.
- Promote and maintain safe working conditions.
- Lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- This job involves significant movement on your feet, bending stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Landscape Maintenance is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Driver’s License preferred.
- Commitment to 100% on-time attendance and have reliable transportation.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
Salaries are based upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
