 Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced outdoor living designer with a knack for sales to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will combine their creative flair and technical knowledge to design stunning outdoor spaces and deliver exceptional sales service to our clients. Our efficient project and field managers handle the construction processes, leaving you to focus on the creative process.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Engage with clients to understand their vision and specifications for outdoor spaces.
• Design landscape concepts, both in captivating 3D renders and evocative hand drawings.
• Pitch design ideas to clients and finetune as per their feedback.
• Furnish clients with precise estimates and sales quotations.
• Compile detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD, including site plans, elevations, details, planting plans, lighting plans, and more.
• Collaborate with clients on selecting the perfect finishing touches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, products, and innovations in the landscaping and pool realms.
• Achieve sales targets and expand our client base.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years immersed in landscape and pool design.
• Hands-on field experience is desired.
• Adeptness with residential landscape design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with eco-conscious designs - native, xeriscape, water-wise, and sustainable practices.
• A minimum of a year's experience in AutoCAD; LandFX is preferred.
• 3D landscape design, preferably with Structure Studios.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Established sales finesse backed by a successful track record.
• Stellar communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
