```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. As a Landscape Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and installation. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
```Responsibilities```
- Completes landscape installation and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. From seasonal landscape maintenance such as pruning, weeding, trimming, and laying mulch or river rock - to planting or removing trees/shrubs as well as installing topsoil and planting grass seed
- Ability to work as a team to complete all assigned work to your crew in an efficient manner
- Knowledge of best practice landscaping techniques with a strong attention to detail
- Performs daily routine maintenance & safety inspections on vehicle and equipment, as well as keeping everything clean in order to maintain a professional appearance
- Interacts with customers to address any questions or concerns, as well as communicating those concerns to Landscape Manager
Other tasks as necessary and/or needed in Landscaping department or any other departments due to lack of, or a need for, additional manpower
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, or extreme heat and cold
- Involvement in Snow Removal during winter months is expected and required. To include: plowing, sidewalk snow removal using shovels and/or snow blowers, applying salt and other deicing materials to paved surfaces, as well as assisting with pre-storm preparedness and post-storm cleanup
```Requirements/Qualifications```
- Comfortable operating walk behind equipment as well as trimmers, blowers, and other hand held tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs. and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Occasionally working on weekends if needed due to weather
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
