Landscape Construction Team Member

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape construction Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping and light residential/comercial construction industry. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This is opportunity with unlimited growth as we are expanding and need motivated long term individuals with a vision for success.

We build Brick Paver Patios, Walkways, Porches as well as install concrete, Build Brick and mortar porches and structures. We also Install and maintain a variety of landscape features.

```Duties:```
- Plan and read project plans/Establish grade and run string lines
- Excavate and prep base materials
- Design and install water drainage systems in a residential application
- Haul equipment and trailers to and from job sites as needed
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

-operate some heavy equipment

-Install/maintain/repair concrete and brick structures

-Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants
- Assist with Landscape Construction/concrete/masonry projects as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

-Direct and work together with other Team members

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in Landscape Construction
- 1-2 years experience pulling/hauling equipment
- Must be able to operate a concrete saw
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions as well as leadership qualities
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

-Must have a positive and dependent attitude

-Ability to constantly game plan and change plans according to project needs and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
