OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience at the Project Manager Level working with commercial landscape projects
- An energetic, engaging, positive character with a self-motivated work ethic
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and time management skills
- The ability to present a knowledgeable and professional image in order to communicate with high level clientele
- A working knowledge of horticulture
- Bi-lingual Spanish, CAD Proficiency, and a Bachelor degree in LA or Agronomy is a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge and understanding of project bid, scope, and contract documents from working together with our Estimating team
- Contract review and preparation of project submittals upon contract award
- Management of project schedules; balance daily and upcoming production work flows
- Direct client interaction to establish viable project schedule and verify job ready prior to mobilization
- Integrated involvement with Purchasing team to ensure all contract resources are procured and ready
- Direct communication and management of construction crews to drive daily work schedule focusing on quality, profitability, and job complete
- Preparation and submittal of billing and contract payment applications
- Preparation and review of TQM, project forecast, and job cost accountability

We are a fully unionized company with over 150 employees with which we staff 30+ fully equipped construction and maintenance crews. Our 350-acre production nursery, sod farm, and office is centrally located in Sycamore, Illinois allowing us to efficiently service all of our projects throughout the Chicagoland area. In conjunction with our own expertise, we consult with the leading specialists and experts within our industry to provide a comprehensive solution for our customers; no project is beyond our scope of work. Our team consists of experienced tradesmen specializing in every aspect of the landscape installation process, horticultural maintenance, and landscape development. The underlying principle of our customer commitment is demonstrated through excellent team communication, attention to detail, and striving to exceed expectations; thus, resulting in the strength of our client relationships.
