Summary:
Develops, coordinates and delivers care to newly delivered maternity patient population on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Maintains the standards for IBLCL Lactation Consultants as delineated by the International Lactation Consultant Association. Collaborates with CNA/SNA, LPN, RN or other health care workers as appropriate.
Requirements: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. Certification by International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC). Previous experience as Lactation Consultant in a hospital or clinic setting required. CPR.
Work Shift Details:
Registry, Minimum of 4 shifts in a 4-week schedule. One weekend shift a schedule.
