- Develop PC based Automated Test Equipment for high volume electronic manufacturing environment.
- Develop / maintain Automated Test Equipment for RF product lines (Narrow Band 433 MHz, 686 MHz, ZigBee 2.4 GHz, WiFi, Z-Wave)
- Develop ATE Test sequences using LabView programming environment.
- Support existing Test Platforms (HW/SW/Support).
- Provide Test Platform troubleshooting guidance to team members.
- Evaluate and qualify test systems, documenting results.
- Organize and maintain activity / project documentation.
- Monitor assigned Test Platform production Test Yields.
- Provide technical product support to Production and Engineering personnel.
- Provide failure analysis reports in support of Test Yield Improvement Initiatives.
- Interface with internal and external functional/technical contacts.
- Train operators in the operation of test equipment.
Skills
- Electrical Engineering Degree (preferred) with 5+ years combined experience in following;
- Demonstrated Test Automation aptitude.
- Demonstrated software programming experience (LabView, C).
- Demonstrated hardware test experience in analog, digital and microprocessor circuits
- Developing Automated Test Equipment for RF product lines (Narrow Band 433 MHz, 686 MHz, ZigBee 2.4 GHz, WiFi, Z-Wave)
- Familiar with USB, GPIB, RS232, and I2C instrument communication.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle several concurrent projects.
- Strong electrical/mechanical/software aptitude.
- Work with minimal supervision in a fast paced electronic manufacturing environment.
