Responsibilities
1. Conduct routine fueling, lubrication and greasing of machinery and equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
2. Monitor and inspect equipment to identify any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction that may require immediate attention.
3. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with lubricants and Greases to mitigate potential hazards.
4. Keep accurate records of lubrication activities, including the type and quantity of lubricants used, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered.
5. Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to identify equipment lubrication requirements and participate in developing maintenance plans.
6. Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure lubrication systems are functioning correctly, such as replacing filters and checking fluid levels.
7. Maintain inventory of lubricants and Greases, placed orders as needed, and ensured proper storage and handling to prevent contamination or degradation.
8. Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve lubrication-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and production delays.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in lubrication techniques, attending training sessions or workshops as required.
Required skills
1. Strong knowledge of lubrication principles, techniques, and best practices.
2. Familiarity with different types of lubricants and Greases and their appropriate applications.
3. Ability to understand and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical specifications.
4. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
5. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.
7. Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or bending in tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience as an Oiler and Greaser or a similar role in a related industry.
3. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
4. Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to adhere to them strictly.
5. Familiarity with different types of machinery and equipment commonly found in the industry.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
7. Certification or training in lubrication techniques and equipment maintenance is preferred.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Work schedule will be 6am to 4pm Mon- Fri with multiple Saturdays a month Pay will be 18-24$ hourly depending on prior experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
