```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records. Duties:
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures
- Analyze test results and prepare reports for review
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance
- Follow laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and precision
- Utilize laboratory information management systems to record data and track samples
- Adhere to FDA regulations and guidelines for laboratory testing
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laboratory techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with quality control principles and practices
- Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Understanding of FDA regulations related to laboratory testing
- Excellent mathematical skills for data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
