Laboratory Technician (Entry) - Clinical Dev. & Ops -

Preferred candidate should have experience with total combustion analysis, elemental analysis, calorimetry, Gas Chromatography (GC), NIR Spectroscopy, NMR, total oil analysis, colorimetry, High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), falling number, farinograph, mixograph, bench-top wet chemical analyses, LIMS and the Microsoft Office Suite. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Receipt, identification, and preparation of samples ? ensure incoming samples are labeled correctly, appropriate analytical have been requested, prep and analyze samples according to ISO work instructions.

Prioritization of analyses according to customer needs matched to capacity; organization and coordination of projects in a high throughput lab environment; obtaining analytical data; ensuring data integrity; functioning in multi-discipline teams and delivering laboratory results in an efficient manner.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor. 1-3 Years of Experience
