Job Description As a Laboratory Technician at Wolf Lake Services, you will be a pivotal part of the DEA's laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing routine solutions, reagents, and quality control materials.
- Conducting reliability and performance tests.
- Operating advanced laboratory instrumentation for data collection, method validation, and reference material verification.
- Performing qualitative and quantitative method validations.
- Efficiently managing inventory of reference materials, chemicals, solutions, and laboratory equipment.
- Regularly conducting instrument performance checks and maintenance.
- Ensuring the accuracy and validity of reference materials.
- Overseeing stockroom supplies, inventory management, and restocking.
- Processing supply order requests.
- Maintaining laboratory balances, including cleaning, leveling, and calibration.
- Daily cleaning and organization of laboratory glassware.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement: Completion of two (2) years of post-secondary education, including at least 12 semester hours in physical sciences, mathematics (excluding financial and commercial mathematics), or related fields.
A combination of education and experience that meets the total qualification requirements.
