Laboratory Technician

A state-of-the-art clinical laboratory with a nationwide and international presence is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and highly professional Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in conducting scientific laboratory analysis of patient samples with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory procedures under the supervision of laboratory manager
- Analyze samples using various laboratory techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all tests and results
- Adhere to regulations and ensure CLIA compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve laboratory goals
- Utilize laboratory information management systems to track samples and data

Qualifications
- CLT or CLS, (ASCP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with industrial laboratory operations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments, Beckman Coulter preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills for data analysis

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
