JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Department Intern supports the efficient and effective operation of the Anatomic Pathology Department by providing service to laboratory professionals. The Intern will assist with office duties that include clerical and technical support, proof reading procedures, reorganizing files, conference preparation as well as archiving lab samples.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required.
Some college experience - clinical laboratory science or biological science field preferred
SALARY:
Hourly wage is $16.63
This position is for a period of 12 weeks at 35 hours per week.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior lab experience needed.
