We have an immediate full-time opening for the role of Laboratory Administrative Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting the our laboratory team with daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Shipping, receiving, and logging biological samples and coordinating shipments with other facilities
- Creation of spreadsheets and data preparation for periodic data analysis
- Participate in the performance of a variety of duties involved in collecting and entering data into a medical computer database according to instructions
- Monitoring and controlling department's consumable supply inventory
Qualifications:
- Experience working in EHR system preferred
- Experience in medical data storage management
- Word processing skills
- Organizational skills
