Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, responsible candidate, who can work in a fast paced, time and information sensitive atmosphere. That person must have a keen eye to identify incorrect information and must have the ability to quickly adapt to changing times and work nature. This person has a desire to grow career in healthcare and has the passion for caring and helping those in need.

Duties include, but not limited to...
- Willing to get trained to collect samples from patients, through nasal/throat swabs.
- Must be able to collect samples from patients, who visit the lab for test collections
- Receive and register all samples coming into the lab with utmost care, as people lives may depend on it
- Verify the data accuracy of the information provided with the samples with Lab information systems (LIS)
- Lab accessioning
- Complete the process based on the procedures defined by the department
- Communicate effectively in all company's platforms (Phone, web chat, wechat, sms, etc)
- Be mindful of highly compliant nature of the work setting such as HIPAA/Safety regulations
- Follow all policies and procedures as defined
- Willing to continue learning more and grow with the company
- Take pride in doing the work, which is contributing to better people's lives
Experience & Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products, and accounting
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good social skills and attention to detail
- Motivated to work independently and within a team environment
- Willing to work in a biohazard environment and follow safety policies and standards outlined in the Safety Manual
- Willingness to work any shift which can include nights and weekends
