This role will support the Director of Labor Relations in negotiating, administering, and interpreting the University's collective bargaining agreements. Working with management, staff, and union representatives, the Labor Relations Manager will play a leading role in building and maintaining a positive working environment by providing timely counseling, advice, training, and guidance on labor related matters. Provide expert support and assistance to the Labor Relations Director and the HR Business Partners. Coordinate LABOR RELATIONS issues across both campuses and work collaboratively with supervisors and the HR business partners with respect to grievance avoidance.
Required Skills- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: J.D., Masters in Labor Relations, MBA, or graduate degree in HR or a related field
- Work Experience: 5 - 8 years
