Your Role: As the Manager of Labor and Delivery and Antepartum, you will :Duties and Responsibilities
- 👩⚕️ Supervise department activities
- 🏥 Maintain clinical and operational excellence
- 🤝 Provide leadership and support to staff and physicians
- 💼 Deliver professional nursing care
Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) required; Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred
- 📜 Current RN licensure in California
- 🩺 BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- 💼 3+ years of supervision experience, 1-3 years of nursing management experience
- 💼 Expertise in Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and healthcare management
Additional Information:
- 📅 Full-Time – Evenings; No Weekends
- 📞 Initial Phone Screen: 2 HOURS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
- 🕐 Next Interview: 48 HOURS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
