What we're looking for:

Nexamp is seeking to hire a Labor Compliance Administrator to join the Deployment Operations team. You will play a key role with overseeing the entire LCP Tracker platform as an Administrator and manage the Labor Compliance team through the life of a project as it relates to Labor Compliance.

We are supporting remote or hybrid work for this role, ideally being based out of either our Boston or Chicago offices. You will report directly to the Manager, Deployment Operations.

What you'll do:

  • Define and create the necessary validation settings in LCPtracker, based on the applicable Federal, State, and Local Labor Compliance requirements.
  • Provide overall LCPtracker system management including adding new projects, applying validations & wages tables, user access, data integrity, wage table maintenance, etc.
  • Supervise the Labor Compliance specialist team which includes Labor Compliance Specialists, 3rd party consultants, and offshore resources.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create Labor Compliance reports that are required by the different entities at a Project level and Portfolio level (ex. Project level apprenticeship goals, Portfolio level Illinois ABP Minimum Equity Standards, quarterly CPA certifications, etc).
  • Oversee the 3rd party consultants with their Labor Compliance review process through each phase of the Construction and O&M stages for all projects.
  • Manage all internal and external reporting initiatives that utilize LCPtracker data, including Apprentice Reports, Illinois Adjusted Block Program reporting, etc.
  • Act as liaison between consultants, subcontractors, and Nexamp internal stakeholders regarding Labor Compliance.
  • Maintain a subcontractor compliancy log for each Construction Project to track Labor Compliance, to be used by the Project Managers to determine eligibility for invoice approvals.
  • Resolve certified payroll reporting inquiries from internal and external clients.
  • Assist with external certified payroll audits and other third-party requests.
  • Attend compliance meetings and trainings specialized in IRA Bill compliance, DOL payroll training, and apprenticeship requirements
  • Understand Nexamp's EPC Contracts and Project Agreements to ensure incoming certified payroll documents comply with the contracts.
  • Review and approve invoices from the Consultants related to the Labor Compliance services.

What you'll bring:


  • 3+ years utilizing LCPtracker (or equivalent Labor Compliance software) as an Administrator for a Prime Contractor where responsibilities include setting up the system validations, project settings, and portfolio reporting.
  • LCPtracker Software Certified Associate, or equivalent
  • Previous experience reviewing federal, state, and local contracts to determine the Labor Compliance requirements preferred
  • High school degree, or equivalent required.

  • Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders, instilling trust and loyalty across the industry.
  • Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions.
