Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

The firm, with offices in Toledo and Columbus, is currently experiencing growth within its Labor and Employment practice group and is eager to welcome attorneys specializing in employment law with diverse experiences and skill levels.
Prospective candidates will assume a multifaceted role, involving the provision of strategic counsel to clients on practical and effective business practices. The responsibilities extend to defending clients against claims brought before both courts and administrative agencies, encompassing issues such as harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, safety, workers’ compensation, trade secret/non-compete matters, and related areas. The position also entails representing clients in collective bargaining within both private and public sectors.

Job Details
Requirements:
- Must maintain an active JD or license in state of residency
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Employment Law
- Experience with administrative agency charges, at both the federal and state levels on the management side
- Familiarity with drafting strong position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations
- Strong EEOC familiarity
- Litigation experience is preferred
