Form of workStart your career in the Laboratory as aLaboratory Technician.As a Lab Technician you will be supporting Vitalant's life saving mission by working within the lab and be responsible for blood component production, labeling, record reviewing, and data entry.
Work Schedule: 6:00 pm - 2:30 am Saturday - Wednesday (weekend Position)
Shift Differential: 8% plus an additional 8% for weekend shift.

We're looking for someone who can:
- Maintain all accurate data records and documentation
- Prepare blood components including centrifugation, separation, freezing, thawing, washing, storage, sterile docking, transformation, and filtration.
- Assure product quality, volume, appearance and time requirements
- Perform labeling of routine and special components and quarantine
