SalaryTechnologist-Laboratory, Assoc under strict supervision, conducts laboratory tests following standard procedures by selecting, calibrating, using and maintaining appropriate test equipment and instrumentation.
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
- Contract Length: 1 year contract with the high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.
- Shift Hours: Flexible, can work any 8 hours shift so long as they are working during core hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assists with data analysis and documentation associated with testing, chemicals, test procedures and laboratory equipment.
- Builds and/or modifies non-routine prototypes, models, and special equipment and conducts associate testing.
- Supports and/or contributes to activities that may include submitting ideas or new designs/techniques to accomplish project goals.
- Incorporates HSE awareness, regulations, best practices, product/process reliability and quality into the development of products and processes.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in Chemical/Engineering Technology.
