Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Level 1 Deskside Supportto join their team onsite in Issaquah, WAThis role will involve the technician orienting the client about the new or modified equipment and software, at the completion of each service request, to ease the transition from the old configuration to the new configuration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
$26.50 - $27.80 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unpack desktop / laptop and visually inspect for damage
- Check parts against packing slip
- Install the image provided by client, keyboard, mouse, and re-install any existing peripherals
- Connect the system provided, properly terminate network connection
- Check for proper boot-up procedure
- Check for proper operation of system
- Configure the desktop / laptop (network settings, e-mail) per the tools and processes provided
- Print a test page to each network printer
- Apply client provided asset tag
- Remove installation packaging to a client-designated area within the immediate installation location
- Obtain client confirmation that installation is complete
- Perform Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install according to service description
$26.50 - $27.80 per hour
