KVS Lapping

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform all required inspection checks on the rings
• Must be able to run to standard after training period
• Load and unload packs of rings into machine
• Perform set-ups
• Machine sleeves
• Observe all safety policies
• Make additions and perform bath changes
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math, read blueprints, and read applicable measuring devices
• Adherence to the Lapping Job Instruction
• Any other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Standing                100%
• Walking                     4%
• Bending                   35%
• Lifting                      Up to 35lbs.
