Job Description:

The Kronos Administrator will Manage Kronos workforce dimension and be the subject matter expert on all aspects of the Kronos system to improve business processes, improve workforce productivity and enhance day-to-day operations. Managing Kronos environment, implementing new Kronos capabilities, configuring pay rules, configure PTO, configure attendance module, configure advance scheduler, create integration jobs using DellBoomi, managing integration with the payroll and other systems, creating new reports/data views. Kronos is a cloud-based workforce management tool.

Requirements:

• Need Bachelor degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related IT field of study
• 5 yrs. progressive, post graduate experience as Technology Lead, IT Consultant, Kronos Administrator, Database Administrator or related role.
• 3 yrs. leading Kronos implementation or management for Kronos modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance.
• 3 yrs. experience in creating DellBoomi integration jobs or have been issued a DellBoomi certification as an integration developer.
