We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Replenishment Associate to join our team. As a Replenishment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked and organized. Your main goal will be to maintain inventory levels and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments of merchandise
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of received goods
- Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise
- Rotate stock to ensure that older products are used first
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Assist customers with locating products and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate retail equipment such as RF scanners and cash registers
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or replenishment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic math skills for retail calculations
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with using RF scanners is an advantage
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving of merchandise
