Role:
Kitchen Team Members at Chick-fil-A are responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Chick-fil-A's recipes and quality standards. They work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items such as chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and sides according to Chick-fil-A's recipes and procedures.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure food is cooked to the appropriate specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen Team Members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
- Follow Chick-fil-A's standards for portion control, presentation, and food quality.
